JOB DETAILS : RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR - 40 hrs per wk
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunchbreak
Wage £12K p/a depending on experience
Duration: Permanent after probation period

Situated on Queens Meadow Business Park this company is looking for an experiences Receptionist/Administrator to work in their prestigious new premises and be responsible for the Reception Area.
DETAILS:
Role will involve being responsible for main reception area.

  • To deal with internal and external phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors to the site
  • To assist with any administration as required including purchase ledger/sales invoices
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Deal with out going mail
  • Receive deliveries and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Must be computer literature with experience in a reception/admin role
  • Must be confident, of smart appearance and have a mature attitude

JOB DETAILS : AutoCAD/CUSTOMER LIASION TECHNICIAN
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm (Saturdays as required)
Wage £15,000 p/a - could negotiate
Duration: PERMANENT after probation period

This company is looking for an AutoCAD/Customer Liaison Technician to work at their prestigious new premises based on Queens Meadow Business Park.
JOB DETAILS:
  • Generate roof designs from customer information and deal direct with customers regarding queries, designs etc.
  • Liaise with Production Support Manager and customer to establish and approve the design
  • Prepare final design and quatation information for customer confirmation
  • Issue documents to Production Support Manager for checking prior to releasing final documents
  • Prepare final document package and issue to credit control and input order into master schedule
  • Check polycarbonate/glass size on building roofs using auto cad to verify dimensions prior to placing the order
  • Order polycarbonate/glass after document check
  • File all quotation documents

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • Report to Office Manager
  • AutoCAD qualification and experience essential
  • Previous experience of window/conservatory design systems a distinct advantage

JOB DETAILS : MARKETING & SALES ASSISTANT
Days/Hours: Full time, 8am - 5pm, flexible
Wage £15K p/a plus commission based on quatations and orders potential OTE £25-30K
Duration: Permanent

This company is looking for a Telesales person to work at their prestigious premises based on Queens Meadow Business Park.
JOB DETAILS:
  • Will handle customer enquiries via the telephone
  • Will involve calling customers or potential business customers from database to sell and inform of companies products
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to pass on clear, concise instructions in a professional manner
  • Will involve using computerised systems
  • Must be numerate and literate with lots of common sense!
  • Bubbly, energetic and motivated individual
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as a team
  • Undertake any necessary training

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have six months outbound telesales experience - business to business sales of a variety of products
  • Must have computer experience and keyboard skills ideally in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, as would a confident telephone manner
  • Will involve a 3 month probationary period
